Yes. H&H Tile and Plaster is a certified (Authorized Installer) applicator for Pebble Tec and Pebble Sheen, as well as all major quartz aggregate finish systems. H&H is the only contractor in Central Texas certified across all major pool interior finish manufacturers. Certified applicator status means manufacturer-specification application, quality oversight, and authorized manufacturer warranty eligibility — coverage that is not available from uncertified contractors regardless of which finish material they use.
A standard pool replastering or resurfacing project — drain, surface prep, finish application, and initial fill — typically takes 3–7 days for the active work phase. A full renovation including tile and coping typically takes 7–14 days. The new plaster then requires a 28-day cure period during which water chemistry must be carefully maintained. Full cure takes approximately 28 days from the application date.

For Austin's Edwards Aquifer hard water (200–400+ ppm calcium hardness), quartz aggregate and pebble aggregate finishes significantly outperform standard white plaster in longevity and stain resistance. Pebble Tec and Pebble Sheen are the best-performing options for Austin pools where the priority is maximum durability — particularly in Williamson County communities (Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock) where Edwards Aquifer groundwater runs 300–400+ ppm. White plaster is still a viable choice for budget-constrained projects but requires more disciplined chemistry management in Austin's hard water conditions.
October through February produces the best plaster cure conditions in Austin — cooler temperatures, lower evaporation, and lower UV intensity all support better finish longevity. This timing also avoids disrupting Austin's primary swim season (April through October). H&H performs plastering and renovation year-round with summer protocols in place, but fall and early winter scheduling consistently produces the best outcomes.
